Similar noises were occuring in MAME/MESS as well, so That's most likely problem with the MAME's OKIM6258 core, whose emulation is quite bad.

They do some interesting stuff with panning when the clap sound plays, which causes a 60 Hz tone sometimes.
Setting the "RemoveDCOfs" in VGMPlay.ini/in_vgm.ini option to "True"/1 helps this pack, but it introduces additional clicks for Asuka 120%.

There's a loud noise in track 03, at 0:55ish. Even if meant to be there (as in not added by the rip), it's pretty annoying, especially in headphones.

Edit: It seems this problem is pretty bad with this rip, almost every track has a sound glitch at some point. :/

Also, Track 17 and 27 both lose a noticeable amount of volume after a short time of playback.
