Gnome asked me for help with compiling VBjin with more recent Visual Studio versions.
Getting it compiled on VS2015 and above ended up being more difficult than expected due to a bunch of differences. (e.g. VS2017 automatically pulling stdint.h resulting in type conflicts, linking against static VS2008 libaries, ...)
For the sake of preservation, here are a few recent patches I made, which are supposed to be applied onto the VGM modded VBjin:

Note: This seems to crash when compiled with VS2019. However it works fine with VS2017.
The only limitation is, that it now needs lua51.dll to run. (can be found in the vbjin/lua/ folder) VS2010 links to a static Lua library, but the prebuilt static library doesn't work with VS2017. - VBjin fixes according to bug reports by enthusi
