SOURCE REPOSITORY NOW ON GITHUB: https://github.com/vgmtool/vgmtool

only the gui code is in, and phoenix+nall needs to be gotten separately (this will be remedied shortly).

Just curious, can it do batch-tagging? It would make things a lot easier for me if it does.

i answered dissident on project2612 the following: first i'm updating the gui, then i'm recreating the functionality (either copy-paste, use valleybell's code, or recreate the code in phoenix/nall), then i'm adding vb's command-line stuff, then i'm adding my stuff. by default it'll only handle one file at a time (assume this is the case unless otherwise noted), but phoenix theoretically allows choosing a folder to apply file operations to; once it gets to this point it'll need a LOT of testing, tho.

Prospective icon (warning: large img, 1024*1024 PNG):

Smaller versions are going to use more solid colors and on the smallest sizes the gradient will likely be recreated pixel-by-pixel; the gradient is intended to map as closely as possible to the chrome effect used on the Sega Mega Drive logo and the hammer is an edit of this CC-3.0 licensed NounProject hammer.

I think that white gradient should be darker so image won't merge with background.

which gradient, the one at the top of the hammer or the one near the top of the V ? if the hammer, i actually want to tweak the colors of the hammer to be more solid and cartoonish (kinda cel shaded), but just wanted to create a quick color scheme for it.
