I think that the composers tag need to be reduced. It can be replaced by Zuntata.

You're right - according to Wikipedia, it was composed by Hisayoshi Ogura.

But Wikipedia isn't a terribly reliable source, and is just plain wrong on a lot of VGM related things.
GMCL lists Hisayoshi Ogura, Masahiko Takaki and Naoto Yagishita.

The official soundtrack lists solely Hisayoshi Ogura.

VGMdb only lists the guys who obviously worked on the CD albums. The Game Music Composer Memo is usually much more verbose when it comes to ingame credits, although it's sometimes hard to understand who composed and who programmed the music (which happens regularly when the credits simple mention "MUSIC BY" followed by a list of dudes and dudettes).

In the case of Darius, I'd guess Ogura was the lead composer and Yagishita the sound programmer (if the credits of Darius 2 are any indication).

I discover one more thing: Ogura says that Captain Neo is based on the Attract Mode music of Metal Soldier Isaac II. The composers of the game is Tadashi Kimijima + Hisayoshi Ogura. So, Tadashi Kimijima can be added as original composer in Captain Neo, and OGR probally was arranged.

I still haven't figured that one out. For some reason, when I read the translation of Ogura's statement, it sounds like he's talking about someone else's work. However, Kimijima has never been credited for Captain Neo, when she has always been credited for everything else.
