Thank you, added. We've exceeded 50 now ^^Sonic of 8! wrote:Some Atari music sites:
* ASMA (no pun with Asthma, please) hosts a large archive of SAP files, which plays music composed in Atari 400/800 and his variants;
* SNDH hosts a large archive of Atari ST music in .sndh format;
* sc68 hosts a large (and very outdated) archive of Atari ST / Amiga music in sc68 format.
Available large video game music libraries
Trying to list them all in one place
Technical discussion which is not directly related to VGM files. Talk about Hardware and Software.

Oops, silly me I'm still not in the habit of visiting pmh.Knurek wrote:Long superseeded by Portable Music History: http://snesmusic.org/pmh/blitzlunar wrote:GBS Penultimate Archive

Less selection than other resources for GBS, but more presentable/searchable/etc. There was also the Manly 2SF page (or pages) but I believe they are gone since they took too much effort to curate.
If you do this you will be Hero of Time.vampirefrog wrote:That's kind of my plan. Importing all those files into a centralized database.blitzlunar wrote:If only all these sites had such a wonderful frontend as mdscene

UnExoticA hosts a large amount of music from Amiga games and demos in their original format.

I'm not sure who they are talking about exactly. Most of the ones I have like that probably came from The Mod Archive. They have VGM stuff in the archive, but it isn't usually indexed in any sort of meaningful way.
Not VG related, but Amiga Music Preservation is a good library of Amiga demo scene music.

@vampirefrog: don't forget to add a playback functionality on your consolidated frontend.. I'd think that this player should be able to handle most of the songs: http://www.wothke.ch/blaster/
