Well, I'm... confused about something related to composers of this game.

The track "Third Chapter ~Inside the Fortress~" also appears in Famicom Mukashi Banashi: Yuuyuuki, but all sites (including Japanese sites) credits Soyo Oka as the only composer for that game, and that includes official albums.
I wonder who's the composer for this track. Is it Kondo's, or Oka's?

Yuuyuuki seems to have been released after Shin Onigashima, so my guess is that the track appearing in Yuuyuuki is simply an arrangement by Oka of Kondo's composition. Oka's sole credit is for being the one directly involved in that game's sound, which doesn't necessarily indicate she composed every song in the game.

I plan to VGM Yuuyuuki in the future, should I credit both Oka and Kondo, then?

Yeah, that seems about right. it would probably be Kondo first and Oka after, since Kondo is the composer and Oka the arranger.
