Hiroyuki Kawada must have written the music for this game. I was listening to it on the vgmrips frontend and I recognised the main theme as being identical to that in Driver's Eyes, which is confirmed as his work. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMixd-63sMY

(great song too ~ sad that this set doesn't play in foobar2000 at all, currently)

Why can't I hear the C140? All I hear is the YM2151.
I'm HarmoDevil. Formerly Dr Devil, but I still use the drdevil username here.

Check out my Soundcloud.

I might get back to VGM ripping someday.

We talked about this in IRC a few months ago. The problem is that this pack was logged with an old version of MAME or M1, which handled C140 banking a bit differently. The C140 banking code in VGMPlay was updated to the latest version of MAME, which broke this pack.

To fix this, we would need to relog this pack, or at least replace the sample block in all songs.
