The NEC PC-9821 is a high-end line of Japanese PCs made by NEC. The PC-9821 was succeeded the NEC PC-9801 line of Japanese PCs. The PC-9821 line are the start of the Japanese people to known the Microsoft Windows, which can be installed the Windows 3.X, Windows 95, Windows NT, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME and even the Windows XP. Very few known games are released on PC-9821 PCs, such as Hideo Kojima's Policenauts.
