The Sg-1000.png SG-1000 (Sega Game 1000 or Mark I) MESS System Driver sg1000 is an 8-bit video game console by Sega, released in 1983 in Japan. It was released as a Famicom contemporary, but the system didn't have enough power and sales to compete with the Famicom, and thus went to the hole of the Minor-Hardware League alongside the Cassette Vision, Pyutta and Vectrex.
