The submission forum will be closed every time the topic count in the Submissions forum hits 50 topics and we don't accept new VGM packs during this period.
This is to give us time to take care of all the submissions. (We can't approve 20 or 30 packs every week.)
Also it's barely possible to review so many new packs without spending an excessive amount of time in e.g. the search for missing composers.

The submission forum will be reopened when the topic count reaches 10.

Please note that you can still comment the existing packs while the forum is closed, but you can not create new topics to submit new packs.

I suggest posting this information in a sticky post in the Submissions forum so in the future people don't miss it and end up wondering why it seems to get randomly locked.

But, this has a GREAT chance to occur again! I stop to making VGM packs for a while.

Well, there were 20 new packs submitted between 21 and 26 November, so yeah, that's quite a lot.
Nevertheless, recently I update the archive on Tuesday, which is tomorrow.

If you know me, you know that I'm sort of "lazy" sometimes.
In this case, this means that I don't want to lock and unlock the Submissions forum manually every time.

So I modded the forum to lock/unlock the Submission forum automatically.
Also, as a nice bonus, the note "[Closed]" in the forum name is added and removed accordingly.
