I hated the Genesis Version of Smash TV, Not only its a Poor Port from Probe Software, But the music is also just... Bad.
I thought of remaking the Music for the same hardware, but more Arcade Like.

Edit: This is the Circuit 1 Theme with Intro and one without Intro.

I also used RAW Drum PCM I ripped from the game's Rom set using Audacity.

Quick Update: Added Bass at the end of the intro after uploading the intro version initially, also the tags were updated too.

I do like your VGM more than the original Genesis version.

I should do more, but next time, make a compilation of these in the future.
