Hi, someone know which FM Instruments is this?.

like this also.

I can't find those instruments that, sounds in the second 0:33 to 0:41 left and right (first video) and 0:14 (second video).
I tried to port some guitars from the SOR and the other games, but in the vgz files, not sounds equal.
Is a modification in the OP commands to achieve this sound?.

They don't sound like Patches that ended up being used in the final game of SOR2, your best bet is checking all the patches in SOR2/3 as they have alot of the more edgy techno sounding synths.
It just sounds like the qualities are being modulated which can be done quite easily with some VSTs like FMDrive and ChipsynthMD.
Chances are the base patch probably sounds like a distorted fuzzy white noise in its original form and is just modulated to keep changing form like that

I use OPM or vgz files to port instruments in FL Studio.

Re: Streets of Rage Unused Songs Help
Sadly they could just be FM patches that Yuzo made specifically for those songs in the Beta version of SOR1 and never actually used them in any of the games. Very strange as they sound pretty cool.
Sometimes the panning and modulation are actually enough to make a patch sound completely different though. There are some sounds in Beyond Oasis that almost sound like a completely different instrument because of how they are panned quickly.
