I begin with a recent S3K SMPS cover I did: Mega Man 8 Stage Select. Attached is a resulting vgm from blastem and a source asm file. Should be compatible with Sonic Retro Github sonicknuckles disasm (the one with smps2asm included). You can use it anywhere without asking for permission, just list Spiritmaster as the cover creator.

Do you have a binary bin file of that SMPS? If so, can I play it on SMPSPlay?

It's designed for stock S3K driver, you would need to insert it in such one. Sonic Retro's Github sonicknuckles disasm already has smps2asm included — it's a matter of replacing one of songs with this one (it's pretty compact anyway).
