I was wondering what the most accurate emulator for Windows is for the playback of PC-88/98 audio chips such as the YM-2203 and the YM-2603.

Is it hoot with its multiple Low-Pass-Filters?

Anex86?

Neko Project? (How do you even enable Low-pass Filters for it anyway?)

Honestly, I'm just looking for an accurate audio player for the PC-98, as close to original hardware as possible.

Thanks!
