Hey, I was wondering if anyone here knows of a tool that would be able to create Neo-Geo V ROMs (from already converted ADPCM-A and ADPCM-B data) and export their corresponding start/end points to a table? (MVSTracker has the closest solution to what I want, but it can only deal with WAV->ADPCM-A and 512KB files... it also doesn't export the table in a friendly format [unless you're using their driver ])

If such a program doesn't exist, I'm fully willing to make one myself, though it'll probably be command-line based and use text files as input.
