Wait ... I remember the "Main Theme".
In Tales of Eternia, exactly this theme named "Glimmer Spire". I love this theme, btw.

As the boss you fight in the building where it plays is called "Valkyrie" and the Tales Of games are filled with references to Namco games in general, this is surely a reference to this game.
