I am obsessed with Exh Notes. Teknoopera is growing on me too. Rate Hero 3 is a remix on a classic. Love those Pole Position riffs in the middle. Weird, but great soundtrack.

There's a couple very brief samples that sound like noise/static which I thought were a little odd.
It occurs on Jazz Mission. If you solo voice 11 you can hear it. WaveNo 138 @ 0:41-1:05 then again 1:34-2:00.
But since it sounds the same on Namco Game Sound Express VOL.24, I'm guessing it's supposed to be like that :lol:

Yeah, I watched some footage from the original game, and it's supposed to sound like that; don't worry, the file isn't corrupt!
