Notice that the clock was doubled in order to set the divider to 298. This should not affect CPU usage.

Also, the PS2 game MotoGP is basically a remake of this game and features higher quality versions of the songs. Title screen screenshot is obviously wrong as well, that's due to the preliminary System 23 driver in MAME.
