This and all of the other new C219 packs are way too high pitched and are missing certain elements due to emulation issues.

The new C219 packs have a more accurate chip clock compared to the older ones, so they do not playback correct on the web(VGMPlay 0.40.x). If you play them in VGMPlay 0.50.0+ with the updated C219 emulation, then it won't have any pitch/speed distortion.
