I'm not sure why, but

• Opening the Wiki with cookies off works
• Cookies on but not being logged in gets error 400
• Cookies on but logged in can work, but it seems I have to make sure any cookies from previous visits are gone

Bumping for new info; this apparently doesn't occur when JavaScript is active. It must be a problem on the server end.
