ctr's C140 -> OPL4 converter?

So in the MSX VGMPlay thread on MSX forums, Grauw stated that ctr made a C140 to OPL4 PCM converter (very useful for us MSX owners). However, the tool isn't on ctr's github page. I sent him a PM here about it a few months ago, but it's still sitting in my Outbox, so I don't think he logs in here anymore, and Twitter won't allow me to PM him. If anyone here has the tool, or a way to contact ctr, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

I've contacted him about this and he told me he never made a converter, he made a branch of quattroplay with vgm export a long time ago but he's not involved anymore, nor he is supporting it.
