New VGM to MIDI + OPM + SYSEX tool for YM2151

Hi all. I thought I'd share this with you. I've started work on a conversion of the VB code to a C console application. So far I've tested a number of VGM files containing the YM2151 chip and for the most part the MIDI conversion is working. I haven't confirmed (or would know how to confirm) whether the OPM or SYX files are being generated correctly. Hey, I'm guessing this is purely converting the FM channels, and ignoring PCM samples?
