I've been searching the webs far and wide for an efficient tool, and have always come up empty-handed. I've tried vgm2opm and vgm2tfi (via source) and neither of those want to compile for me. I am admittedly still a total newbie when it comes to terminal stuff like this, so I'm most likely just missing some dependencies that are needed for compilation.
But if anyone would happen to know of anything else that works, please let me know!
Any good YM2151 patch ripping tools out there?

Have you checked out vgm2pre? If not, that might help you and if you still need help then you can always use the chatbox to ask more questions.

OPN2BankEditor could be worth a look.
Due to how close OPN and OPM instruments are, it should support ripping YM2151 stuff to a certain degree.

Yep, and the file that's linked on the wiki has no support for OPM. Nonetheless, thanks for the reply.

I found a compiled version of vgm2opm/vgm2tfi 1.1 with YM2151 support on this page.
