I remember this soundtrack quite fondly. I mainly prefer the songs related to the game's story mode (and Industrial District, don't ask). Overall, I think this soundtrack ranks pretty high among all the MD soundtracks. Not as high as the Streets of Rage trilogy, but still high.
Also, for the ordering of the songs in this rip, I would put the main songs (menus, story mode, credits) first, then put everything else (multiplayer modes) after that. The first part would therefore look like this:
1. Introductory Theme
2. Columns March
3. Chicken of Three Feathers (coincidence, right?)
4. Enigma
5. Mummy's Awakening
6. Explorer
7. Yes, Yes!
8. Victory!
9. Scene of Carnage
10. The End
11. Columns Dive
(and any story mode-related songs I may have missed)
The rest I would order based on which multiplayer mode it appears in, ordered left to right, top to bottom on the mode selection screen, though I understand the fact that the songs here are ordered by their sound test order.

Also, I just remembered that Viewpoint for the MD has the same drums as this game... interesting, seeing as both games were being worked on by very different people (Viewpoint was developed by Nexus Interact w/ music by Masaki Kase, Megumi Matsuura and Sizlla Okamura, whereas this game was developed by Sega w/ music almost entirely composed by Morihiko Akiyama), so maybe it has something to do with both games using the same sound driver?
