Should we add composers Naoki Kodaka, Nobuyuki Hara, Shinichi Seya who did some of these songs in the NES version 1 year before?

It would be hard to say if all three of them actually composed the music or just Kodaka- most of the time it was just Kodaka with the other two arranging his music, but Seya and Hara knew how to compose so they might've done so for some songs (Hara almost certainly composed the songs in NES Batman that also appeared in PCE Batman).
