Oh my goodness, I had no idea this game/soundtrack existed. Soldam is one of my favourite Arcade soundtracks and these songs have such a striking resemblance at times... Menu and Final Lap 2, wow, Atsu is the greatest. One question, is the Artist field for "Ending" intentionally left blank or was this a mistake?

I left it blank intentionally, since it sounds nothing like Isemura. AFAIK this theme comes from Grand Prix Star, but don't quote me on that.
No idea who composed this theme.

Update: Composer info for the ending and game over themes has been found in F-1 Grand Prix Star II's prequel in the score board. Apparently they were composed by Suguru Ishida, credited in Grand Prix Star as "ISH". Ending and game over themes are reused from Grand Prix Star.

I'm a bit confused about track 5 Final Lap. The loop starts at 29 seconds, but on YouTube, there are two videos showing another part of the song exists.
