I noticed that Sakimoto is co-credited for arrangement on all of Koyano and Iwata's tracks here, and Namiki on Miyagi's only track. Where did these come from? The OST booklet doesn't seem to mention anyone arranging tracks, nor does Namiki's old website make any mention of him arranging/manipulating a track by someone else.
