I'm one of the few who owns an official copy of the CD album by Bandai.

The VGM version you uploaded contains a few unwanted pops in the foobar2000 app for Android.

If you are referring to the pops in "Floating Castle Stage - Above" track then those are due to possible emulation issues of the OPL4 since those pops do occur in MAME as well.
