The year is incorrectly tagged as 1999 instead of 1989.

There are two more unused tracks that were included in the first official album PCCB-00015, but perhaps they are exclusive there while the raw source ones are in Tsukasa Tawada's hands.

Thanks for noticing the incorrect year, that would be the release date of Street Fighter EX2 Plus.

The other unused songs in the soundtrack are not present in the game (I may have missed some IDs as the sound driver crashes when you try to play an invalid ID)
