Are you sure that it's not the emulator from the YouTube video that is wrong?

The YMF278B (OPL4) emulation that VGMPlay uses is from openMSX and has been verified against actual OPL4 hardware with many tests. (I have done a few contributions based on such test.)

The VGM rips sound fine to me. They have even more nuances (like a vibrato to the organ) that is completely missing in the video you linked.
Thus I am sure that the OPL4 emulation in that video is off. MAME's OPL4 emulation was definitely inaccurate in 2022, which is the time this video got uploaded.

There is nothing to fix here, especially because you don't even describe what is wrong.

Sorry, but MAME definitely has worse OPL4 emulation and lacks various features that VGMPlay has.
VGMPlay uses the openMSX emulation for OPL4, because it is far better than what MAME has.

see the organ in "Area 1" as an example: It has a nice vibrato in VGMPlay, but sounds completely flat in MAME due to a lack of LFO emulation.

It may say that it is "good", but that just means that there are no major/obvious issues. There can still be various small inaccuracies and edge cases that are not emulated properly.

The OPL4 emulation of VGMPlay is more accurate than MAME's since 2019, so what you get with VGMPlay 0.50 (or the current website player) is what you can assume to be "the best OPL4 emulation available".
I don't know what Droidsound uses for OPL4 emulation.

Also, it would help to post specific audio examples of MAME and Droidsound if you want it to be judged properly.

But In the website all the opl4 rips sounds incorrect

OPL4/YMF278 requires the YRW801.ROM to sound correctly. Looks like you forgot to install it.

The recordings on the website are currently bugged because they don't use that ROM. But the VGM packs themselves work perfectly offline.

I should note that the YRW801.ROM requirement affects only MSX rips. OPL4 VGMs from arcade rips are unaffected, because they often come with their own sample set and that gets included in VGMs.

If you make further claims about playback being incorrect, please post an MP3 of "how it sounds" and another one of "how it should sound".
