The composer is Yukihiko Kitahara.
Sound driver is by Michiya Hirasawa.

This page lists him as the composer, and also listen how identical the musical style is to JuJu Densetsu.

Location: Itabashi, Tokyo (hometown 2005 since birth-2007), Manila (currently lived 2008-present).
Ver 1.05, thanks MusicFox for figuring this out. Turns out, Yukihiko Kitahara did the musics and sfx of this game, while Michiya Hirasawa provided the sound driver.

VB edit: Attachment removed. Pack is in the OP.
