It seems like whichever method that was used to log these tracks had some issues as I've noticed some of the noise percussion in New Messiah (track 5) is just outright missing?

Might be worth looking into if this issue is present in other tracks.

It's entirely possible that there are bugs in the rip. This was a transfer from .gbs data and I must confess to not having a good idea of what the game sounds like on real hardware; a re-rip of this and the first game may well be warranted but it was enough to satisfy me based on what I'd heard from official Konami releases

I would encourage at least comparing that track (New Messiah) with a new rip.
