SCC+ is indicated by setting bit 31 of the frequency:

0x9C: K051649/K052539 clock (32 bits)
        Input clock rate in Hz for the K051649 chip. A typical value is
        1789773. It should be 0 if there is no K051649 chip used.
        If bit 31 is set it is a K052539.

Iirc you do that with the following command:

vgm_ptch -SetHzSCC1 0x80369E99 <file.vgm>

Okay, it took some figuring out and the correct value for these tracks was: -SetHzSCC1:0x801B4F4C
Updated the pack accordingly...

I mistakenly used vgm_facc in my packs (did not RTFM). I've redone them now without using vgm_facc...

I took another look/listen and the loop for track 36 (Goodbye Harry) was sub-optimal. It has been shorted by ~50s now.

Just registered because it sounds like some notes are missing in a few songs. I'm curious if this is just an issue with me or if anyone else can hear this. From what I can tell are affected:

- Twilight of Neo Kobe City is notably missing the high notes in the opening arpeggios, also seems to be reflected in the reverb channels.
- Theme of Snatcher (Part 2) is a similar case.
- Theme of Randam is more subtle, with some of the backing notes missing.

That's just what I can notice. Comparing to the OST recordings or MSX emulation of the songs makes it quite noticeable. I can hear this issue on both foobar2000 2.24.2 (foo_input_vgm 0.30b5) and the site player. Same issue appears across different devices. Unfortunately I can't say if this is an issue with the VGMs themselves, the software playback, or some other issue entirely...

The new pack appears to have fixed the previously mentioned issue! Unfortunately, it's presented a new one: Blow Up Tricycle is now just the explosion sound effect. While fun, it's not quite what we're here for
