My fourteenth submission! This is the second game in SNK's longest running series, which introduced Iori Yagami's then-unheard-of style and attitude to the fighting game world, but also featured terrible gameplay balance. However, the soundtrack has improved from the previous game, with better composition and samples and a hint of the kind of soundtracks the series would get in later games with Iori Yagami's now-famous saxophone theme. It should overall be good listening for anyone.
