Tracks 2-5 contain tagging/trimming errors:

The item tagged in this pack as track 2, "Calm and Agitation - Short version - (30 sec. Title)" is in fact a copy of the last 16 seconds of track 1, "Calm and Agitation (Title)", and can be safely removed.
The file tagged as track 3, "The Twelve Challengers (Player Select)" is track 2, "Calm and Agitation - Short version - (30 sec. Title)".
The song tagged as track 4, "The Way (Map)" is track 3, "The Twelve Challengers (Player Select)".
Finally, the file tagged as track 5, "Honor's Melody 'Day' (Haohmaru)" begins with track 4, "The Way (Map)", before Haohmaru's theme starts at around 10 seconds; both are separate music entries entirely.

Hey, just noticed this one. It looks like there's an error, in that song 13 (Tam Tam's theme) is timed incorrectly. From what I can tell, it's supposed to be a loop of just over a minute:
