Finishing off the Konami TTA games is the Novotrade-developed Cartoon Workshop. As none of the songs loop in-game, this was pathetically easy to trim.

You say that the song's don't loop ingame.

However the "Theme" songs do sound as they should loop. And they do in this YouTube playlist here.
Sooo ... I guess looping the "Theme" songs should be a good idea regardless?
(Jingles and the title theme definitely should not loop.)

That may be the NSF playback forcing (yes, forcing) the songs to loop. One of the movie themes, as you see in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMbSQAzktaI) doesn't loop, and neither do the others.
