Was this remake of the 32X Replay track was made in a rippable format? Would be cool if it was added in that case at some point.

I think it's just a stream. Not even M2 would bother with recreating the sequences in the original format when space isn't an issue (like in a switch game) and the original hardware is "boring", just a PCM chip (or 2).
