One of the composers' names is incorrect: Tomomi Otani is supposed to be Ootani.

All three version of the Herzog Soundtrack have this error.

Otani is just another spelling of his name. The same character in his name "大" is used for example in "Osaka". It can be written "oo", "oh", "o", or "ō" depending on how you feel.

We are really not very consistent in how we transcribe Japanese names. Usually we just use the most common spelling, but there are lots of deviations.
