These music are not Mucom's public music files, but wing's personal arrangement version, which is almost exactly the same as the OST. Mainly music from SOR2.
The conversion process from MUC files to VGM does not require using MAME to run the PC88 emulator, but directly uses the latest version of MML2VGM.
