Katsuhiro Hayashi did Outride a Crisis, Sprinter, and Goal.
Shigeru Ohwada only composed Hard Road.

If I'm not mistaken, it's 大和田茂.
Katsuhiro Hayashi is 林克洋, and Koichi Namiki is 並木晃一.

As far as I know, someone who briefly worked at Sega as a part-time composer. He also worked on Miracle Warriors: Seal of the Dark Lord in the same year. It was previously rumored to be an alias of Sachio Ogawa, which has been debunked.
