That credit appears to have been mistakenly added to the page you linked. Tamayo Kawamoto is only confirmed to have worked on this game's sequel, which had a staff roll.

Actually, I think Tamayo Kawamoto at least worked on this game given that "Stage 4,7 BGM" & "Stage 1-3 BGM" sounds similar to Pang's "Stage 07-09 (Emerald Temple (Wat Phra Kaew)) / Stage 40-42 (New York)" and has elements of samba music.

It's definitely possible, I myself think that Takashi Tateishi and Yoshihiro Sakaguchi worked on songs for this game. I would love for someone to ask around and figure out who worked on this game, because this is all unconfirmed unfortunately.
