Is not know if Uematsu was arranged, but it was used a Bits/Square sound driver. So, Uematsu probally was arranged it (but again, not 100% sure)

Uematsu wasn't even an employee of Square in 1985. (or maybe he could have been, but his first work was in 1986.)
