Is it supposed to have that loud, scratchy instrument at 0:30 onwards in Round 3? It kinda ruins that song.

That's a funny sounding cymbal. To be honest I actually think it gives the song some character. It makes it so much funnier when you spend the first 30 seconds anticipating it and then it just comes...
