Hi, my name is Milton Paredes, from quito ecuador, blind musician, composer producer, pianist, and song writer.
One of my hobyes if i have free time, is playing with chiptunes and make some chiptune music, now for msm and ngp!.
this pack don't contain video game tunes, but some of songs that i like, and most important, i included 3 of my composicions!.
Optimiced for:
1: sn-76489, Ym-2413, Dual sn-76489 or sn76496.
How i made this.
1: fist i make my midi files using sonar, in real time, with my midi keyboard, all the effects is just with hte pitch bend of my keyboard and make this in sonar.
2: import the obtimized midi file in one of this tools, mid to o pll, or mid to psg.
3: taggin with vgm tool.
about the taggs.
if you find just my name in the songs, because is original music, composed by my self.
if you find my name with another name, is because is a cover, me as a programmer, and the composer of the original tune.
some files as just in vgm format with no taggs, .

This is one of my favorite songs of Leroy Andderson, and i decide to make this for the mastersystem, sn-76489.
I make first the optimice midi file in sonar, playing in real time with may midi keyboard, and use the midi2psg to convert, and tagging with vgm tool.

first let's talk about Yuli Maiochi.
Yuli is a female caster from peru but recide in ecuador for several years.
she come to ecuador in 1990 and present a kids program call el show de Yuli, that is a fast sexxess in the ecuatorian televition.
I was a fan of this program when as a child and spesialy for the songs!

hello, after long time ago, yesterday i donwload the midi to vgm, 2612 versión, and here is my first conversión.
this is a traditional Chilian song that i like it and i make this with the megadrive sound.

i programed this vgm file, a tradicional mexican song call el son de lanegra. include mariachi yels at the start.

These conversions are pretty neat and I'm surprised how well they sound despite using the default midi2vgm 2612 instrument set. (which has very few instruments)
I especially like how you use the DAC channel.

is called, super bacan.
i compose this Little song yesterday
in ecuador, bacan is a Word that express that everything is stremely good!.
i make the sourse midi file using the smps midi driver as a snth, and with the midi to smps converter i make the rest.

thank you, i think that the default instrument set has all the sounds that i expected for créate a megadrive conversions, all this songs has a prepared midi file, in some cases, i use the smps midi driver for auditioning
