It seems to be a great lack of FDS games, because MESS don't have the FDS FM chip support (or any of the other FC audio chips).

VGM does have AY-3-8910 though, which is one chip used in one Famicom game (and in NSF). (Actually that game uses a variant with half clock speed, but you can set the clock header in half to be able to support that.)

Yeah, Gimmick is this one, but MESS didn't has a support for it (and any of NES sound extensions).
