There are actually a few of these; some developers would use different tones. The second one in this pack was used in every single SNK game, if I remember right; it really should be the first one in the list. The current first one must be Sammy's. Video System had at least two, ADK had one, Data East had one, etc.

The Neo Geo eyecatch really isn't part of the BIOS, it's part of the "M1" ROM inside each game cartridge. You'll probably find most variations of the eyecatch jingle in the game packs themselves.
