That's impossible, yozo himself didn't make those tracks public, and no one makes their own tracks public unless you make them yourself.
In the MXDRV music package, someone made imprecise up up and super three, but those music use OPM+PCM8, and such music can't even be converted to VGM correctly.

I did some songs from the perfect soundtrack, but Up & Up I don't know which instrument Yuzo used apart of the bass and the other instruments, The Super Threc I did also, it's sad to listen that, but anyway, I hope in the future Yuzo can provide the vgm music to the pubic.

I know these tracks by heart, and I know what instruments they use. If you can use a furnace tracker or something, you can replicate these tracks.
At least up up and super three don't use any special instruments:
up up uses bass, piano, synth brass, and the drums have no special features, just like the other tracks.
super three uses bass, piano, synth brass, and violin.
name entry uses whistle (which has appeared in Music_LALF), bass, synth brass, psg square wave, violin/violin group.
