This is interesting considering it's OPL3. I don't think I've heard games that used this chip to sound like this, aside those made for OPL2.

From what I saw it's trying to simulate OPNA:
ch 1-3: Drums
ch 7-11: 6 FM channels
ch 16-18: 3 PSG channels

Also vibrato is too strong.
