I think coppa rule is not fair

Hello guys, my name is Dmitry, now I'm 14 years old but when I was 11 in GitHub when I want to talk with programmers as Tildarrow and I told my real age and he just banned me without any warranty. Cause now a lot of kids are want to be in social media. But the rule named COPPA don't allow kids under 13 to registration in accounts or social media. But just think this rule is designed in 1998, when social media like discord, GitHub are don't exist! But I think that kids can be in social media if they want. And the another problem is gen alpha, I saw many videos that has bullying 5 year kids that they watching cocomelon or play Roblox, they just saying that "gen alpha is stupid". So a day ago I wrote an comment that "it's not funny to say that kids are stupid cause they don't have any choice" and I've got an answer "guy you're stupid I think you stolen mom's phone, you must to go to school" (sorry for my English cause I'm Russian)
