The NMK112 banking functions on the OKIM6295
made this (extremely) difficult to log until
updates in 2015 to the VGM tools.

A second OKI MSM6295 chip was present in-game
however it was used just for sound effects.

Although the first three composers were
credited in-game, Santaruru's MDX set has
indicated a further breakdown of composer
and arrangement ownership, in which the tags
are reflected accordingly.

Size reduction:
1. vgm_sro: 65.4 MB  -> 8.61 MB (13.2 %)
2. vgm_cmp: 8.61 MB  -> 5.80 MB (67.4 %)
Total: 65.4 MB  -> 5.80 MB (8.87 %)
